   The Buck Knives 843 Sprint OPS Folding Knife has a high speed ball bearing flipper for fast deployment. The reverse tanto blade shape gives gthe knife piercing strength while also giving you the smooth cutting surface of a drop point. The blade is made of S30V steel, tempered with Buck's famous BOS heat-treat; the blade has a fantastic edge retention, & the blade is Cerakote coated to provide corrosion resistance & durability. Strong black canvas micarta handle. Pocket clip attached to knife. Length 3-1/8" closed.   Made in USA.

     Special Features & Information

     •    S30V Steel ~ This advanced steel, S30V, contains carbon as well as high amounts Chromium, Molybdenum, & Vanadium. This steel combines fantastic edge retention & high ductility combined with corrosion resistance. Double-tempered, it can be hardened to a Rockwell hardness of Rc 59.5-61.

     •    Blade Shape - Modified Tanto ~ This blade has many of the same features as the regular tanto blade, the angled point is modified between the front edge & the bottom edge on the particular blade. Holds up to piercing scraping, & prying with tough materials.
